Directions to the Clean Water Management Trust Fund Office

The Clean Water Management Trust Fund offices are currently located at 1101 Oberlin Road, near the intersection of Wade Avenue not far from Raleigh's Cameron Village. CWMTF moved to the Oberlin Road location from the Historic Oakwood neighborhood in downtown Raleigh in April 2006. CWMTF is in the NC State Board of CPA Examiners building.

From the NORTH on Interstate 95:
Take Highway 64 West exit in Rocky Mount. Follow 64 Business into Raleigh (64 becomes New Bern Avenue.) Turn right onto Person Street. Turn left onto Peace Street. Continue on Peace Street to Oberlin Road and turn right. CWMTF offices are about three-fourths of a mile on the left.

From the NORTH on Interstate 85:
Exit off I-85 taking Highway 50 South. Take 50 South (Creedmoor Road) into Raleigh. Turn left onto Glenwood Avenue. Take the Wade Avenue exit to the right. Exit Oberlin Road toward Cameron Village. CWMTF offices are on the right.

From the SOUTH on Interstate 95:
Take I-40 West exit (Exit 81) at Benson off I-95. Follow directions below from EAST on I-40.

From SOUTH on Interstate 85: Follow I-85 to I-40 East in Greensboro. Continue on I-85 South/I-40 East. Exit right onto I-40 East in Greensboro. Follow directions from WEST on I-40.

From the EAST on US Hwy 70: Follow 70 to I-40 West. Take I-40 West to Raleigh. Exit at Person Street/Hammond Road (Exit 299.) Follow Person Street through downtown Raleigh. Turn left onto Peace Street (Krispy Kreme Doughnuts on corner.) Continue on Peace Street to Oberlin Road and turn right. CWMTF offices are about three-fourths of a mile on the left.

From the EAST on US Hwy 64:

Take US 1 North exit into Raleigh. Follow to Wade Avenue/Cameron Village exit. Turn right onto Wade Avenue. Follow Wade Avenue to Oberlin Road exit toward Cameron Village. CWMTF offices are on the right.

From the WEST on Interstate 40:
Take Wade Avenue exit (Exit 289) off I-40. Follow Wade Avenue to Oberlin Road exit toward Cameron Village. CWMTF offices are on the right.
