The Board typically meets the 2nd Sunday and Monday of the month. The Board typically meets four times per year in Raleigh and six times outside of Raleigh. Locations are tentative.

December 1, 2004 – Deadline for local governments, state agencies, and non-profit conservation organizations to apply for grants from the Clean Water Management Trust Fund (2005A Cycle).

January 9-11, 2005 – NC Association of Soil & Water Conservation Supervisors Annual Meeting at Sheraton Imperial in Research Triangle Park.

January 31, 2005 -- Deadline for local governments to apply for grants from the Parks & Recreation Trust Fund.

February 7, 2004 – The Governor will probably recommend a 2005-2007 budget to the General Assembly.

April 1, 2005 – Deadline for grantees to submit surveys, environmental assessments, appraisals, and other documents to CWMTF in order to be reimbursed for acquisition of conservation easements or land in fee simple in the 2004-2005 fiscal year.

April 22, 2005 – Earth Day.

May 15-16, 2005 – CWTMF Board of Trustees prioritizes 2005A projects in Raleigh. Mothers Day is May 8. Note that this is the 3rd Sunday & Monday of the month.

June 1, 2005 – Deadline for local governments, state agencies, and non-profit conservation organizations to apply for grants from the Clean Water Management Trust Fund (2005B Cycle).

June 10, 2005 – DENR will stop writing checks to close out the fiscal year.

July 1, 2005 – State Fiscal Year 2005-2006 begins.

July 10-11, 2005 – CWMTF Board of Trustees adopts CWMTF 2005-2006 Administrative Budget and adopts 2006 CWMTF Schedule in Raleigh.

August 8, 2005 – Approximate deadline for state agencies to apply for grants from the Natural Heritage Trust Fund.

August 25-28, 2005 – NC Association of County Commissioners annual meeting in Fayetteville.

November 13-14, 2005 – CWMTF Board of Trustees prioritizes 2005B Projects in Raleigh. Veterans Day is Friday, Nov 11.

December 1, 2005 – CWMTF Annual Report to the General Assembly due.
